You will join as a Guest Services Assistant delivering warm, professional, and personalised guest experiences from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all guests on arrival and departure.

• Support check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.

• Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback with confidence and care.

• Maintain high standards of presentation across reception and public areas.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Assist with reservations, bookings, and administrative tasks when required.

• Follow all company procedures, including health, safety, and security standards.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a guest-facing or hospitality role preferred.

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well presented with a professional and friendly approach.

• Organised with good attention to detail.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
