Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during the night shift
- Carry out regular security checks of the property
- Handle late check-ins and early check-outs
- Set up public areas for the following day
- Respond to guest requests and emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Ensure night-time safety, cleanliness, and standards are maintained
Person Specification
- Reliable and responsible with a calm manner
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred
- Comfortable working night shifts independently
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
