You will join as a Revenue & Sales Manager that values leadership, creativity, collaboration, and pride in everything they do, driving commercial performance across the hotel by maximising revenue opportunities, developing sales strategies and leading the on-property Sales Office. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver pricing, market mix and sales strategies across rooms, spa, food & beverage, weddings, meetings and events
• Monitor revenue performance, business levels and market trends to maximise profitable revenue opportunities
• Lead, coach and develop the on-property Sales Office, creating a high-performing team
• Work closely with Group Sales, Marketing, Revenue and hotel departments to drive commercial success
• Improve enquiry handling, show rounds and conversion to maximise bookings and guest confidence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses and key accounts
• Ensure consistent brand standards across sales activity, marketing and customer communications
Person Specification
• Previous experience in hospitality sales, revenue management or commercial operations
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse revenue, forecasting and market trends
• Proven leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Confident using hotel booking, reporting and Microsoft Office systems
• Organised, proactive and driven to achieve commercial targets
