We are looking for a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our Spa team. As a Spa Attendant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of our spa facilities. Key Responsibilities
As a Spa Attendant, you will play an essential role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our award-winning spa facilities. Our Spa Attendant will:
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all spa facilities including changing rooms, relaxation lounges, thermal experiences and treatment areas.
- Prepare spa areas for daily operation, ensuring towels, robes, refreshments and guest amenities are fully stocked and beautifully presented.
- Regularly replenish towels, robes, toiletries and consumables to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the day.
- Support guests with general enquiries and provide a warm, professional and welcoming presence within the spa.
- Assist with laundry movement, stock rotation and inventory management to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure spa facilities remain safe, tidy and guest-ready at all times.
- Carry out regular facility checks, reporting maintenance issues, hazards or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate team.
- Support the wider Spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the luxury standards synonymous with Pennyhill Park.
- Follow all health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment for guests and colleagues.
Person Specification
You'll be a reliable, organised and guest-focused Spa Attendant who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Our Spa Attendant will:
- Have a strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
- Demonstrate a calm, professional and approachable manner.
- Enjoy working in a luxury, wellbeing-focused environment.
- Be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Be physically capable of carrying out manual and repetitive duties, including lifting and moving laundry and stock.
- Take pride in creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Be reliable, punctual and flexible in their approach to work.
- Be comfortable working shifts, including weekends, early mornings and evenings.
