You will join as a Spa Receptionist, delivering a warm and professional welcome to every guest. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from arrival through to departure.

• Manage bookings, enquiries and guest requests efficiently
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Promote spa treatments and products confidently
• Maintain high standards of presentation within reception areas
Person Specification
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional and friendly approach
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
