Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage your section to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Prepare and present dishes in line with kitchen standards and specifications
• Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all dishes
• Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are always met
• Support stock control, ordering, and minimise waste
• Train and support junior members of the kitchen team
• Contribute to a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen environment
Person Specification
• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Passion for food and commitment to high standards
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
