Key Responsibilities
- Follow recipe standards and maintain consistency in every dish
- Keep hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at the highest level
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes
- Adapt to catering requirements for guests, dining experiences, and hotel events
- Relay feedback from guests and team members to senior chefs
- Support preparation for Michelin‑standard dishes and luxury dining experiences
- Assist with menu elements inspired by the award‑winning spa and wellness offering
Person Specification
- Genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Eager to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic kitchen and knife skills appropriate to the role level
- Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Creative, attentive, and proud of your work
- Able to work collaboratively under pressure
