What you’ll be part of
You could be working across one of our Exclusive Collection properties, supporting high-quality food service across restaurants, events, afternoon tea, spa dining, banqueting or fine dining, depending on the property and role.
Our kitchens offer a strong learning environment, supportive teams and the opportunity to develop within a growing collection of individual hotels.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for chefs who:
- Have a genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Take pride in quality, consistency and presentation
- Work well as part of a busy kitchen team
- Are reliable, organised and willing to learn
- Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Have experience suited to their current level, from Commis through to Senior Sous Chef
